We accept returns under the following conditions:

  The product must be in its original state, not open and not used.
  Perfumes must have their packaging and their original seals.

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  Contact our customer support team at contact@paloma-tech.com within 30 days of receipt of your order to request a return authorization number (RA).
  Clear the RA number clearly outside the package you return.
  Pack the items safely, including all original packaging and all the accessories provided with the product.

  We recommend that you use a traceable shipping method and keep tracking information until your return is processed.

  Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the articles to ensure that they meet the eligibility criteria.
  If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 5 working days.
  Refunds will be made according to the original payment method used for purchase.

5. Non -returnable items

The following articles cannot be returned:

  Personalized or personalized items.
  Promotional samples and gifts.
