  Perfumes must have their packaging and their original seals.

  Clear the RA number clearly outside the package you return.
  Pack the items safely, including all original packaging and all the accessories provided with the product.

  Refunds will be made according to the original payment method used for purchase.

5. Non -returnable items

The following articles cannot be returned:

  Personalized or personalized items.
