Exchange or Return of Goods

At PALOMA TECH, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free exchange or return process.

  1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange
    • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase.
    • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
    • Major appliances and items over 30kg are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
  2. How to Return or Exchange
    • Contact our customer service team to request a return authorization number.
    • Include your order number and reason for return/exchange.
    • Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange.
  3. Return Shipping Costs
    • For returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
    • In case of an exchange, shipping costs for the new item will apply.
  4. Refunds
    • Once we receive the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
    • Refunds for exchanges will be issued once the item is returned, and the replacement will be sent once the return is processed.
  5. Non-Returnable Items
    • Certain products, such as personalized or customized items, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • fully equipped equipment;
  • a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the Paloma Tech online store;
  • warranty card;
  • an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.

The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation

Standard delivery is 4-6 working days within Europe. For faster delivery options, please check the available services at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Once your order has been processed, we are unable to make changes. However, you can contact our customer support team immediately, and we will do our best to assist you.

What should I do if my product is damaged or faulty?

If your item is damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damaged product. We will arrange a return or replacement.
