3. Shipping & Delivery

a. Shipping Locations:

We ship to countries within Europe only.

b. Delivery Options:

Standard Delivery: 4-6 working days (€4.99 within France).
Fast Delivery: 3-4 working days with additional fees.
Heavy Items (over 30kg): Delivery to France(FR), Belgium (BE), Luxembourg (LU), Germany (DE), and Netherlands (NL) only.

Colissimo Post for standard shipping
Chronopost Express for expedited shipping (France only)
DPD for reliable European delivery

4. Returns & Exchanges

a. Return Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

b. Exchange Policy:

Exchanges are subject to product availability. Contact our support team to initiate an exchange.

c. Refunds:

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
